The former tool supported live polling, questions and answers, and real-time interaction but had limitations in accessibility, scalability and integration with existing systems. The University is seeking a solution that enhances student participation, inclusion and accessibility while providing teaching staff with tools to gauge understanding and adapt teaching. The University is seeking a solution that supports in-person, online and hybrid teaching environments, integrates with Canvas LMS and the University’s Single Sign-On environment, and meets the University’s accessibility, privacy, cybersecurity, data-hosting, scalability and support requirements. The University intends to use this RFP to identify a preferred supplier and solution. Any contract award remains subject to business case approval, funding approval and all required internal University approvals.
