The contractor will be responsible for the safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors, including façades, windows, cladding, roofs, gutters, downpipes, canopies, entrances, and other services as required. Services will need to be delivered in a manner that maintains the appearance, condition, and longevity of University assets while minimising disruption to staff, students, and visitors.
