The procurement seeks suppliers capable of delivering one or more of the following service components: • Internet services for participating councils • Premium internet services for the HBRTS data centre environment • Dark fibre connectivity between data centres • Layer 2 connectivity services • Resilient and diverse network architecture supporting business continuity objectives • Associated transition, implementation and support services HDC is seeking solutions that improve network resilience, reduce single points of failure, provide diversity across carriers, exchanges and physical paths, and support the ongoing operational requirements of participating councils. Respondents who are unable to meet all pre-conditions should conclude that they will not benefit from submitting Response.
