The intended outcome is to ensure the following across all nominated Fire Stations in the Auckland region: • Consistent presentable and safe grounds. • Reliable weed control across all sites. • Uniform service quality across multiple locations. • Measurable service delivery and reporting (KPIs). • Minimal disruption to site operations. • Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Acts, Regulations, Policy and standards. • High customer satisfaction through agreed service levels (SLAs)
