The consortium will provide end-to-end planning, design, consenting, engineering, surveying and development support services for the staged residential development at 104 Upper Fitzherbert Road, Wainuiomata. The primary objective of this procurement is to appoint a single, integrated and accountable Lead Consultant consortium. The appointed consortium will support UPL throughout the approximately five-year development programme, from master planning and feasibility through consenting and engineering approvals, construction support, subdivision close-out, and the issue of titles.
