The agreed scope of the remedial work will replace areas of brick veneer cladding with timber weatherboards. The existing windows on Block 3 will be replaced with double glazed aluminium. Additionally, the roof flashings and gutter detailing on Block 3 will be reconfigured and renewed, making good affected finishes where required.
