The successful Tenderer will complete detailed design, supply materials, undertake construction, testing and commissioning and hand over of all installed infrastructure assets. The following bullet point list, is a non-exhaustive summary of the extent of work to be undertaken under this Contract. For more information on the extent of works, refer to the Principal’s Requirements. • Complete detailed design, to further the Principal’s preliminary design information. • Prepare design resources including Detailed Design Report; Detailed Design Drawings; Specifications, Safety in Design records, tracking documents and design endorsements. • Coordinate with TDC, the Engineer, the Road Controlling Authority, Network Utility Operators, other contractors, businesses, property owners and the public. • Construct the identified water supply, wastewater and stormwater network works on Stafford Street and Barnard Street. • Install raingardens and associated stormwater structures. • Maintain continuity of reticulated services and manage any planned interruptions through approved procedures. • Complete all works for Barnard Street Reticulation Improvements by the end of the 2026 calendar year and all works for Stafford Street Reticulation Improvements by the middle of February 2027.
